Tasting and Creating: Sample cheese made on the spot with seasonal accompaniments. You'll also have the opportunity to make your own mozzarella to take home—or enjoy right there! Making Fresh Ricotta: Dive into the simple and rewarding process of making fresh ricotta. Learn how this versatile cheese, which means 'recooked' in Italian, is made by cooking whey again. Ricotta is a favorite in many Italian desserts like cheesecakes and cannoli. What to Expect: All-Inclusive: No prior experience is required. We provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, easily found at local markets if you wish to recreate the experience at home. Fun and Instructive: Our casual and enjoyable classes are designed to be both educational and entertaining.
