In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to craft the perfect pasta dough and transform it into rustic, hand-cut fettuccine. Your expert chef instructor will guide you through the process, demonstrating essential techniques for rolling out dough using a pasta machine and cutting noodles by hand. You’ll also get to participate in making a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce to complement your fresh pasta. To round out the experience, guests will enjoy a slice of Chef Shaun’s famous pound cake for dessert.
