Next, learn how to prepare a simple yet delectable sauce featuring chicken sausage, caramelized onions, and a touch of black pepper. With a bit of audience involvement, your Chef Instructor will showcase how these ingredients come together to enhance your pasta perfectly. Before sitting down to enjoy your handmade pasta, guests will also assemble and enjoy their own Caprese salad skewers—featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil for a refreshing bite. Once your Pappardelle is cooked to perfection, everyone will sit down and enjoy!
