Under the guidance of our expert Pastry Chef Instructor, you'll unravel the secrets of mastering Choux pastry — often perceived as challenging, yet surprisingly approachable once you know how. Through a hands-on session filled with detailed demonstrations, you'll learn the step-by-step process of preparing the dough, piping, baking to perfection, and filling to create mouthwatering Eclairs and Cream Puffs.
Our classes are designed to be both informative and enjoyable, catering to cooking enthusiasts eager to immerse themselves in every aspect of the culinary process, as well as first-timers who prefer to observe and assist (and taste-test, of course!).
For the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we kindly request that children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend independently.
