☑️Unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days (from the purchase date) for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked. To make use of this option, you must fill out a Return form on the Website.
☑️You can exchange your unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers for another Experience on our Website free of charge within the Product’s validity period. If you choose an experience that is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
☑️No cancellation or rescheduling booking are available. Once you have received your booking confirmation, all booking are finals.
No refunds are allowed once the experience voucher is redeemed or after the 14-day return policy.
