Premiere tickets/e-Tickets are not valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings. Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice. Ticket redemption via mobile app and website are subject to a convenience fee. Tickets have no expiration date. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Do not make copies of the Premiere e-ticket; only the first e-ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted. Small Drink Voucher:
Each voucher is redeemable for one Small Soft Drink at any Regal concession counter. Carries no cash value. Does not expire. Fees apply if larger size item is requested. Not valid for any alcoholic beverage. Not valid with any other offer. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Candy Voucher:
Each voucher is redeemable for one Small, Regular, Medium, or Large Candy item at any Regal concession counter. Not valid for product in extra large size. Not valid with any other offer. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Snack Pack:
Each voucher is redeemable for one Snack Pack Combo at any Regal concession counter. Fees apply if substitution or frozen beverage is requested. Not valid for a larger size beverage. Actual product and availability may vary. Carries no cash value. Does not expire. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION
☑️Unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days (from the purchase date) for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked. To make use of this option, you must fill out a Return form on the Website.
☑️You can exchange your unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers for another Experience on our Website free of charge within the Product’s validity period. If you choose an experience that is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
☑️No cancellation or rescheduling booking are available. Once you have received your booking confirmation, all booking are finals.
No refunds are allowed once the experience voucher is redeemed or after the 14-day return policy.
