AMC exchange tickets are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs® reward. Subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (e.g., IMAX®, Dolby Cinema® at AMC), alternative content, dine-in-theatres, film festivals, special theatrical presentations and premium services; location surcharges may also apply at select locations, including Disney and Universal properties operated by AMC. AMC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, including changes and additions to surcharge fees, restrictions or exclusions.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION
☑️Unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days (from the purchase date) for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked. To make use of this option, you must fill out a Return form on the Website. ☑️You can exchange your unused and non redeemed Experience Vouchers for another Experience on our Website free of charge within the Product’s validity period. If you choose an experience that is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking. ☑️No cancellation or rescheduling booking are available.
